Senior Project Controls Analyst
Virtual Vocations Inc
Supporting capex controllership in a remote capacity, the full-time Senior Project Controls Analyst will manage the annual capital budgeting process, analyze CAPEX variances, and serve as a finance partner to various teams within the organization. Key responsibilities Own the annual capital budgeting process and maintain detailed project-level forecasts for capital expenditures Analyze actual CAPEX versus budget and forecast, identifying variances and communicating key drivers to stakeholders Deliver monthly CAPEX reporting with clear variance narratives for leadership Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, construction management, or a related field 5+ years of experience in project controls, cost accounting, financial analysis, or FP&A Experience in a capital-intensive environment, such as data centers or construction Advanced Excel skills for handling reconciliations and high-volume transaction data Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive projects through completion
