Revive Physiotherapy Solutions is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team in Homestead, Florida. This full-time position will involve providing exceptional patient care within an orthopedic outpatient setting. We predominantly serve individuals with private medical insurance, which enables us to focus on tailored care without the constraints often found in other healthcare settings. With a dedicated team of two physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA), we foster a collaborative environment aimed at achieving the best outcomes for our patients.

Work Environment

Located in a comfortable and welcoming rehabilitation facility, our practice offers an onsite workspace conducive to collaboration and patient interaction. The full-time schedule is Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for a balanced work-life experience. Key Responsibilities

• Effectively identify and address each patient's individual goals and needs through personalized assessments.
• Manage a patient caseload of one individual per hour, ensuring focused and quality treatment sessions.
• Deliver effective treatment strategies and interventions that enhance range of motion and mobility, following best practices in orthopedic care.
• Develop comprehensive care plans by incorporating a variety of treatment techniques, ensuring a holistic approach to rehabilitation.
• Design individualized fitness and wellness programs that cater specifically to the unique needs of each patient.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions to deliver high-quality, personalized care that motivates and encourages patients throughout their healing journey.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and specialists, to provide integrated and comprehensive care.
• Monitor progress, evaluate treatment outcomes, and maintain clear and thorough documentation of patient services.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT).
• Current and valid state license as a Physical Therapist in Florida.

• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques, demonstrating hands-on skills essential for effective treatment.
• Demonstrated competence in developing and implementing exercise protocols tailored to diverse patient needs.
• Experienced in utilizing EMR software, particularly WebPT, for efficient patient management and documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Prior clinical experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting, showcasing a proven track record in delivering high-quality patient care.
• Experience with diverse treatment modalities and evidence-based practice in physical therapy.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment, enhancing patient outcomes through teamwork.
