This contract opportunity spans the 2026-2027 academic year, providing direct support to a diverse K-8 caseload across two welcoming school communities-all within a single building. Here, your expertise will make a significant difference, helping students develop, grow, and succeed both academically and emotionally. In this position, you will: Manage a caseload of 25-35 elementary students (K-5) and 20-30 middle school students (6-8) Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Provide short-term counseling and behavioral interventions to support student well-being Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and school staff on intervention and support strategies Assist with crisis intervention and contribute to student safety planning Maintain accurate documentation and uphold all relevant ethical and legal standards To thrive in this position, you will need: Active MN PSYCH licensure Background and experience in K-8 educational settings preferred Strong skills in counseling, assessment, and behavioral intervention Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Capacity for flexibility, organization, and compassionate care in a school environment Enjoy a consistent, school-based weekday schedule (37.5 hours per week), the chance to build meaningful relationships in a collaborative and supportive setting, and the opportunity to contribute lasting impact during the 2026-2027 school year.
