Front Desk/Intake Assistant

Summary:We're hiring for multiple openings across several Wisconsin locations. In this rewarding role, you'll help support individuals and families by accurately managing and processing eligibility information. If you have 3+ years of office experience and are compassionate, organized, and detail-oriented, this could be the perfect opportunity to put your skills to work while making a difference every day.
Starting Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour Available Worksite Locations:Crandon, WI Florence, WI Responsibilities:Answer incoming calls, coordinate appointments, and address general inquiries Assist applicants with completing paperwork either in-office or in-person Provide information to clients and vendors regarding program processes Review submitted applications to confirm accuracy and completeness Follow up with applicants, communicate with vendors, and handle ongoing correspondence Qualifications:Ability to consistently maintain strict confidentiality Proven ability to build and sustain positive relationships Strong written and verbal communication skills along with solid interpersonal abilities #workwithpurposeVacancy posted 6 hours ago
