Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team on a multifamily construction site.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience operating heavy equipment
Experience running excavators, dozers, Bobcats/skid steers, and similar equipment
Ability to read and understand civil plans
Basic understanding of construction site work, grading, utilities, and layout
Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work as part of a team
