Housekeeper Needed

Hello. I have no confirmation on a date I need cleaning. But my room is very disgusting. I have been struggling with severe depression for months and my room constantly is getting more and more crowded with trash and garbage and old food. As well as clothes. I am aware of bugs in my room. I will only need cleaning in one room of the house.
