Key Responsibilities of the RN - PCU - Travel

• Manage patients presenting with chest pain and various cardiac conditions
• Perform and manage IV starts, tube management (chest, JP drains, hemovacs)
• Conduct oral care, dressing changes, and wound care
• Administer drips and perform assessments using CIWA and COWS scales
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide exceptional patient care

Requirements of the RN - PCU - Travel

• 1 year of experience in a similar setting
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• CPI training provided during orientation
• Proficiency in Cerner EMR, Plum 360 IV pumps, and Phillips monitors
