The Project Control Analyst I provides operational and project controls support across the Facilities Solutions Group (FSG) portfolio, assisting with a variety of indirect and administrative functions that support overall business operations and project execution. Responsibilities include supporting suspense account reconciliation efforts, labor charging reviews and corrections, billing and invoice reconciliation activities, workforce management reporting, data validation, and maintenance of organizational tracking tools and repositories. The analyst assists in monitoring, reviewing, and analyzing financial and operational data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution of issues. This position supports cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance, Accounting, Contracts, Human Resources, and Project Controls by researching discrepancies, preparing reports, maintaining records, and coordinating corrective actions as required. The Project Control Analyst I contributes to organizational process improvement initiatives and provides general administrative and analytical support across the FSG portfolio. The role works under direct supervision, performs routine assignments with increasing independence, and escalates more complex issues to senior team members or management for guidance and resolution. Responsibilities Assist Sr Project Controls Director for FSG related to financial and performance, planning, tracking, and reporting across FSg portfolio. Support, monitor and maintain proper project setup in Deltek Costpoint via completion and submission of a project setup form as required. Budgeting and financial analysis as required. Proactively monitor project timecards, ensure timecard errors are identified, and corrections are processed in a timely manner. Ensure accuracy of project-related expense reports and ensure timely processing. Support the suspense expense reconciliation process to include accuracy of project-related expense reports and ensure timely processing. Project Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. Track certain metrics as prescribed by the Sr Project Controls Director. Assist project team with work authorizations. Intercompany charging like IWO, TRN, DIT. Provide Costpoint and Cognos support and reporting. Generation and analysis of financial reports. Support research for billed and unbilled actions to include debit/credits and close out activities. Other duties as assigned by the Sr Director of Project Controls for FSG. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business-related field preferred. 0-2+ years’ experience providing project accounting support for services contracts for Govt. customers preferred. Ability to work independently, self-motivated, proactive. Track record of delivering well-organized and accurate work. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to work well with various teams to accomplish tasks. Strong Excel skills to include VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and PivotTables. Must have experience using Deltek Cost Point.
