A leading healthcare system in the Pensacola, Florida area is seeking an accomplished PACU Nurse Manager (RN) to lead post-anesthesia recovery services. This position provides operational and clinical oversight of a busy, fast-paced recovery unit, ensuring high standards of patient care, safety, and satisfaction.

The Nurse Manager will work closely with perioperative leadership, anesthesia providers, and surgical staff to enhance recovery outcomes and operational efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven nursing leader who thrives in a collaborative, quality-driven environment.

Key responsibilities include overseeing daily PACU operations, ensuring compliance with perioperative standards, monitoring performance metrics, collaborating with surgical teams, managing departmental budgets, supporting nursing education, leading staff engagement, and maintaining readiness for accreditation and safety audits.

Required qualifications include an active RN license, at least 3 years of recent PACU or perioperative nursing leadership experience, and BLS and ACLS certifications. Preferred qualifications include a BSN or MSN with CNML or CPAN/CAPA certification, experience managing high-volume post-anesthesia recovery units, and strong communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
