Legal Counsel, SEC-focused: Capital & Prediction Markets

OG.com, a Crypto.com company, seeks an experienced Legal Counsel focused on capital markets and prediction markets in the United States. You will advise on SEC laws, FINRA rules, and cross-border regulatory matters, helping launch and operate regulated products for US markets.
You will work with the US Chief Legal Officer, coordinate with external counsel, review terms, and draft policies. Excellent English, strong regulatory background, and ability to manage multiple priorities across time
