Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, evidence-based therapy services to a diverse clientele seeking mental health care.
• Conduct in-depth client assessments to identify mental health needs and formulate personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual.
• Conduct therapy sessions employing various modalities such as individual, couples, and family therapy to address differing client concerns effectively.
• Work collaboratively with clients to establish actionable goals and diligently monitor progress throughout the treatment journey.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Utilize an efficient and user-friendly platform for effective client scheduling and management of session notes to enhance the therapeutic experience.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Must hold an active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) as recognized by the State Board.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for improving client outcomes.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapy services in a clinical or counseling setting.
• Experience working with trauma-informed care or specific therapeutic modalities is highly valued.
• Proficiency in using technology for client management and electronic documentation is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a sign-on bonus of up to $1000 to newly hired therapists as a warm welcome to our team.
