The RN will provide high-quality care to patients recovering from anesthesia and surgical procedures. The candidate must be able to assess patients’ conditions and respond to their needs. Strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently within a team are essential. The role includes monitoring vital signs, managing patient pain, and educating patients and families about post-operative care. Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations in a fast-paced environment are necessary for success in this role.
