Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license (CCC-SLP)
• Prior experience in school or pediatric settings strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of IEP procedures, evaluations, and therapy documentation
• Effective communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Compassion, patience, and adaptability when supporting diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to elementary-age students
• Conduct assessments and contribute to IEP meetings for resource-level caseload
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress reports
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student achievement
