Responsibilities Client assessments, develop care plans, client file review Provide skilled care services to Home Care patients National accounts Provide medical assessments for new and existing clients Uphold BrightStar behavior standards Requirements RN with two (2) years clinical experience. One (1) year experience in-home care preferred. Current state license to practice in state care is being provided. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Must have graduated from a National League of Nursing accredited program. Comply with accepted professional standards of practice. Analytical/Critical thinker. Possess exceptional nursing assessment skills. Comply with accepted professional standards of practice. Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service skills and ability to deal tactfully with clients, staff, and community. Treat clients, staff, and the public with courtesy and respect, and present a positive public image.
