Clinical Technician 2 - Behavioral Health Unit Alexandria, VA, United States Full time nights shift: 7:00PM - 7:30AM, rotating weekends & holidays, Days Vary. Work/Life Balance: paid time off, paid parental leave, and flexible work schedules. Job Responsibilities Provides direct care to patients under direct supervision of registered nurses. Effectively communicates with team members, patients, and visitors. Maintains professionalism and integrity throughout the healthcare system. May perform additional duties as assigned. Training Must be available for six (6) non‑consecutive weeks of paid training, consisting of virtual orientations (two sessions from 8AM-4:30PM) and classroom‑style sessions (8AM-4:30PM, 6 shifts total), virtual training modules, and on‑unit shifts. Minimum Qualifications Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Experience: 1 year working as a Clinical Technician or completing an acute care clinical rotation, and actively enrolled in a nursing program. Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association, or obtain within 90 days of hire. Special Skills: Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
