We are seeking a Baker/Cook to join our team! You will focus on producing and introducing baked goods and food made in house.
Responsibilities:
- Bake breads, pastries, bars and iced cookies for sale at three locations.
- Coordinate food prep with managers
- Check freshness and quality of ingredients
- Occasionally assist in the development of menu items, especially baked goods
- Standardize recipes
- Work with management to create a consistent product that exceeds expectation.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in baking, culinary arts, cooking, or other related fields
- Experience with product cost calculations a bonus
- Passion for baking techniques
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
