Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and physically active Night Sweeper Technician to join our overnight maintenance team. The role involves operating a backpack blower to clean commercial parking lots, sidewalks, and other outdoor areas. This position requires working independently during nighttime hours to ensure properties are clean and presentable by morning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a backpack blower to remove debris from sidewalks, curbs, and parking areas.
• Assist in cleaning areas inaccessible to sweep trucks, such as corners and storefronts.
• Adhere to safety protocols and wear provided personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Work in various weather conditions, including heat, humidity, and occasional rain.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding job progress and any issues encountered.

Qualifications:

• Ability to operate a backpack blower.
• Physically fit and capable of walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
• Previous experience in outdoor maintenance or janitorial work is a plus.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Hourly wage with opportunities for overtime.

Pay rate discussed during interview.

Work Environment:

This role involves working outdoors during nighttime hours, often in varying weather conditions. Technicians will be exposed to dust, dirt, and loud noises. All necessary safety equipment and training will be provided to ensure a safe working environment.
