Tax Manager

We have a great client in Indianapolis looking for a Tax Manager. The ideal candidate will be experienced in the following: Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Accounting, CPA and/or Advanced Degree is preferred. 8-10 years of experience in US income tax. Tax experience in a Big 4 firm and within a tax department of a major company with practical hands on experience. Familiarity with Corptax, OneSource, Hyperion and other tax and accounting software programs a plus. Strong US & International tax technical skills. Experience with complex U.S. income tax areas such as consolidated returns, IRC Section 382, SRLY concepts, income tax accounting, and M&A activities. Previous experience with US "Inbound" companies a plus. Strong organizational skills and documentation skills including the ability to multi-task and prioritize. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact with all levels of an organization. Ability to research and document US tax issues. Strong analytical skills and an overall knowledge of US federal income tax. #J-18808-Ljbffr
