Director of Operational Excellence - Multi-Site Lean Leader

MCC, a global leader in premium labels, seeks an experienced OpEx leader to drive the continued evolution of its OpEx system across the Americas manufacturing network. You will accelerate performance gains, translate enterprise priorities into site actions, and ensure measurable savings. In this role you will coach plant leaders in Lean methodologies, build a bench of Site OpEx Managers, and lead Kaizen and Value Stream Mapping activities across 14 sites.
