Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Operating Room – Tyler, TX 75701

Start Date: August 25, 2026

Location: Tyler, Texas

Schedule: Day shift, Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (10-hour shifts with rotating day off). Call required 1-2 shifts every 6 weeks. Patient ratio 1:1. 14 operating rooms with daily census of 45.

• Epic charting system in a modern surgical facility
• Orientation provided with onsite module completion

Requirements:

• Active Texas or Compact RN license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1.5-2 years of operating room experience
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Required experience in orthopedic, general, neurological, vascular, and urological surgical procedures
• Proficiency with Epic charting system
• Trauma Level I experience required
• Preferred: Experience with DaVinci robotic surgery, endovascular procedures, and ophthalmic cases
• Must not reside in the following Texas counties: Henderson, Anderson, Cherokee, Rusk, Panola, Smith, Gregg, Van Zandt, Wood, Upshur, Camp, Hopkins, Franklin, Titus, or Morris
