In this position, the representative will handle incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, providing clear and friendly assistance to current and prospective customers. Daily tasks include answering questions about insurance products, processing policy changes, updating customer information, and assisting with billing and payment inquiries. The representative will help schedule appointments, prepare documents, and support the agent and team with administrative tasks. This role also involves proactive follow-up, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring every customer receives a positive, professional, and compassionate experience. Qualifications Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and respectfully across diverse populations. Proficiency in basic office software, data entry, and managing customer records with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Comfort with problem-solving, active listening, and resolving customer concerns in a calm and professional manner. Willingness to learn about insurance products, policies, and procedures; prior experience in insurance or financial services is helpful but not required. High level of reliability, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive customer information. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
