Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW or LSCSW in our hospice center, you will serve a diverse patient population, primarily individuals and families facing terminal illnesses. You will be instrumental in providing emotional support, guidance, and therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique needs of each patient. This role requires a sensitive understanding of the complexities surrounding end-of-life care and the grieving process.
