Job Description: We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Packers for a warehouse facility in McCook, IL. This is a cold storage environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for packing, labeling, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining quality, accuracy, and safety standards in a fast-paced setting.

• Pack products accurately and efficiently according to company standards
• Label and prepare shipments for distribution
• Inspect products for damages or defects before packaging
• Work in a cold storage environment while maintaining productivity
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with sorting, staging, and palletizing products as needed
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet daily production goals

Requirements: Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred Comfortable working in a cold environment for the duration of the shift Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs Strong attention to detail and reliability Must be dependable with good attendance
