This role is key to enhancing efficiency, driving performance, and ensuring seamless coordination across our two-shift production facility in West Memphis, AR. Will have direct supervision of two Production Supervisors and indirect oversight of approximately 30 operators across two shifts. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic oversight of production operations to achieve efficiency, quality, and cost objectives. Develop and enforce production policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance. Lead and mentor production supervisors and teams, fostering a high-performance culture. Optimize resource allocation and manage operational budgets effectively. Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, reduce costs, and maintain quality standards. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred). Minimum 5 years of proven leadership experience in industrial operations management in a manufacturing / assembly line environment. Strong background in manufacturing processes, quality systems, and logistics. Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams, communicate effectively, and drive employee engagement.
