• Certification as a CVOR Technologist or equivalent qualification
• Current BLS certification
• At least 1-2 years of recent CVOR experience in a hospital or acute care setting
• Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and work efficiently in a fast-paced surgical unit
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist surgeons and nursing staff in cardiac operating rooms with instrument preparation, sterile technique, and equipment management
• Ensure the cleanliness and readiness of the CVOR before, during, and after procedures
• Monitor and maintain inventory of surgical instruments and supplies
• Uphold strict infection control protocols and patient safety standards at all times
• Provide seamless support during surgical cases, anticipating the needs of the team

Schedule/Hours:

• Travel/contract position-schedule may include variable shifts and on-call as required by the assignment
