We provide high-quality embroidery and screenprinting apparel to our campus stores located all across the United States. We are a creative, collaborative,and supportive team committed to quality craftsmanship.Position OverviewThe Embroidery Production Lead oversees daily production operations of the embroidery department. This roleensures jobs are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule while maintaining the highest qualitystandards. This role leads and supports production staff, coordinates workflow, monitors equipment, andserves as the primary link between production, sales, and customer service teams.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction OversightSupervise and coordinate production activities for the embroidery departments.Assign and monitor daily work orders to meet deadlines and customer requirements.Ensure proper setup, operation, and maintenance of all production equipment.Oversee quality control checks and troubleshoot issues to maintain high product standards.Team LeadershipLead, train, and motivate production staff.Monitor performance, provide feedback, and enforce shop policies and safety standards.Assist with scheduling, workload balancing, and cross-training employees.Workflow & SchedulingPlan and prioritize production schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to confirm timelines and special instructions.Track job progress and proactively address delays or equipment issues.Quality & SafetyImplement and enforce quality control standards for all decorated products.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.Continuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities to improve processes, reduce waste, and optimize production flow.Recommend new equipment, tools, or training that enhance productivity.Stay up to date on industry techniques and emerging technologies.Work EnvironmentFull-time, on-site position in a shop/production setting.Requires standing for long periods and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.Exposure to oils, inks, chemicals, and machinery with appropriate protective gear provided.Why Join Us?Be part of a creative, collaborative, and supportive team.Work on a wide range of projects—from corporate materials to custom apparel.Opportunities to grow your skills across printing, embroidery, and screen printing.Qualifications3+ years of experience in a production or supervisory role within screen printing, embroidery, or related industries (a plus but not required).Hands-on knowledge of silk screen, embroidery, pad printing, and/or engraving processes (a plus but not required).Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Proficiency with production software and workflow systems (preferred). #J-18808-Ljbffr
