Tool and Die Maker

We're looking for an experienced Tool & Die Maker to join a leading precision manufacturing company serving the aerospace industry. If you enjoy working with tight tolerances, precision tooling, and high-quality components, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do: Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to manufacture tooling. Set up and operate conventional machining equipment, including mills, lathes, drill presses, and surface grinders. Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality standards. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Collaborate with the production team to support manufacturing operations. Preferred Skills: Experience with conventional machining equipment. Knowledge of OD grinding, honing, CNC machining, or EDM is a plus. Familiarity with carbide tooling and Mastercam is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to read basic English and perform shop math. Authorized to work in the United States. Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and willingness to learn. Schedule: Full-time Four 10-hour shifts (Monday–Thursday) Overtime available based on production needs Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods.
