Warehouse Specialist

Our new company Electronics Logistics, Inc. (ELI) is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Specialist to join our fast-paced distribution team in Bayshore, NY. If you have attention to detail and experience in core warehouse operations, we want to hear from you! The Role: Warehouse Specialist You will be crucial to the efficient movement of our high‑tech inventory. This hands‑on role covers the full cycle of warehouse operations. Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year Shift: First Work hours: 9 AM – 6 PM Education: No Degree Required Responsibilities Picking: Accurately locate and retrieve electronic components and finished products using RF scanners and a WMS. Packing: Securely prepare items for shipment, ensuring proper packaging materials are used to prevent damage to sensitive electronics. Shipping: Process outbound orders, create shipping labels (e.g., FedEx, UPS), verify manifest accuracy, and coordinate daily pickups. Receiving: Unload incoming shipments, inspect goods for damage, verify contents against purchase orders, and accurately enter data into the inventory system. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with company and OSHA standards. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely (certification a plus). Essential Functions Manual lifting up to 50 lbs.
