Join Our Team as a Bilingual Talent Acquisition/ Onboarding in Houston! Overview: Mr. Greens has proudly grown into one of the largest privately-owned produce distributors in Florida. With deliveries 365-days a year, 7-days a week and multiple runs per day, Mr. Greens has set the gold standard for service. Mr. Greens serves a large variety of clients, including restaurants, hotels, country clubs, caterers, grocery stores and retail outlets. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple open roles, from sourcing through offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and hiring goals.
- Develop and post job descriptions across job boards, social media, and recruiting platforms.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through resume reviews, phone screenings, and interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate communications and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with offer preparation and support final offer negotiations.
- Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate data in internal systems.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all onboarding-related activities and issues.
- Ensure all onboarding documentation is completed, compliant, and properly filed.
- Send new hire welcome packets including payroll forms, I-9s, benefits information, and company policies.
- Coordinate pre-employment requirements such as background checks, drug testing, and DOT physicals (if applicable).
- Prepare new hires for their first day, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR onboarding.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes.
- Familiarity with HRIS and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws, onboarding compliance, and hiring best practices.
