What You'll Do:

As a private duty nurse on our home health team, you'll care for medically complex patients, primarily children, in a personalized, low-stress environment.

• Provide skilled nursing care under the direction of an RN
• Administer medications and treatments based on individualized plans
• Educate and support families in-home care techniques
• Observe and report changes in patient condition
• Document visits using our easy-to-use EMR system
• Be a trusted part of a long-term care team focused on safety, comfort, and continuity

What You Bring:

• Active LPN license
• New graduates welcome! We offer a structured training and mentorship program
• CPR certification
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
