In this role, you will turn new accounting developments into clear, practical guidance that CPAs use every day. You will also help shape how artificial intelligence (AI) tools support accounting research and workflows, supplying the technical judgment that only an experienced accounting professional can provide. If you are a forward-thinking accounting professional who combines deep technical expertise with strong communication skills and a drive for innovation, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities**In this opportunity, you will:* Partner with internal and external teams, including AI engineers, Product, and go-to-market teams, on AI and advisory solutions, including testing and validating new tools* Give engineers and data scientists ongoing feedback on how well our AI tools perform* Own the creation and upkeep of advisory and compliance content on accounting and financial reporting, so customers can trust it as current and accurate* Track new accounting standards and developments, and turn them into clear, actionable guidance for practitioners* Serve as an expert resource and escalation point for editorial, product, and go-to-market teams on technical accounting questions* Manage relationships with outside industry experts, and edit their contributions to meet our quality standards* Contribute to improving editorial workflows **Required Qualifications**You’re a fit for the role if your background includes:* Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license* At least 7 years of professional experience in consulting, advisory, and compliance work* Experience advising clients on complex financial matters across industries* Working knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP) and the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) Accounting Standards Codification* Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to explain intricate concepts clearly and concisely* Experience with AI tools* Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail* Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills* Time management skills and the ability to run multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment* Curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning **Preferred Qualifications*** Experience testing or giving feedback on technology products* Prior experience editing or managing expert contributors #LI-DS4 **What’s in it For You?*** **Hybrid Work Model:** We’ve adopted a flexible hybrid working environment for our office-based roles while delivering a seamless experience that is digitally and physically connected.* **Flexibility & Work-Life Balance:** Flex My Way is a set of supportive workplace policies designed to help manage personal and professional responsibilities, whether caring for family, giving back to the community, or finding time to refresh and reset. The base compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $115,300 USD - $214,100 USD.For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $100,100 USD - $185,900 USD.Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
