Current CA Food Handler's Card and RBS required MICROS knowledge a plus. Knowledge in the variety of different beers, wines and spirits. Position will take food and beverage orders, courteously and efficiently serve food and beverage to guests and collect payment. Responsible for maintenance of bar area, make drinks for restaurant and room service servers. Able to work at least 8 hours standing.
