Travel Registered Nurse L&D Job

Overview Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery (L&D) in Everett, Washington. This travel, temporary assignment is in a hospital setting with a high‑risk perinatal focus and a Level II NICU. Responsibilities

• Deliver labor and delivery care for high‑risk obstetric patients, including procedures and emergent situations
• Monitor fetal well‑being using external/internal fetal monitoring and respond to abnormal tracings
• Provide neonatal resuscitation and newborn assessment as part of the perinatal team
• Assist with cesarean deliveries, VBAC management, and postpartum recovery for mother and newborn
• Administer medications, initiate IVs, and support IUPC/internal monitoring as indicated
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe patient flow, triage, and perioperative support

Requirements

• Licensure: WA RN or compact RN required
• Experience: Minimum 2 years RN L&D/perinatal experience
• Certifications: BCLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate OR Relias Fetal Monitoring
• Skills/experience: EPIC charting required; sterile vaginal exam (SVE) skill documented (hardstop)
• Experience setting: High‑risk perinatal/L&D with Level II NICU; ability to float to postpartum as needed
• Scheduling: Weekend coverage required
• Vaccine: COVID-19 vaccine not required
