Project Manager

Project Manager Locations: This role requires associates to be in-office 1-2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work‑life balance. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office. Responsibilities Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. Lead cross‑functional project teams and facilitate collaboration among stakeholders. Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. Manage project changes through established change‑control processes. Ensure projects meet quality standards and business requirements. Coordinate meetings, document decisions, and maintain project documentation. Track project performance metrics and recommend process improvements. Design, develop, and implement automated business processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort. Create and maintain workflow solutions using tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, SharePoint, and other enterprise platforms. Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and continuous improvement. Support change management activities related to new technology, automation initiatives, and process enhancements. Manage vendor, contractor, and third‑party relationships when applicable. Facilitate project closure activities, including lessons learned and final reporting. Minimum Requirements BA/BS in a related field and a minimum of 3 years professional project management experience, with at least 2 years spent leading and directing project tasks; or any combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background. Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences Demonstrated ability to create an effective team environment, build strong relationships, solve problems and issues in a matrix environment, and communicate effectively at all levels of an organization. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. Experience working in a lead role on one or more projects strongly preferred. Strong organizational, planning, and time‑management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet. Experience developing workflows using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, or similar automation platforms. Experience with process mapping and business process improvement methodologies. Salary and Benefits Salary range: $74,800 to $123,420.
