What You’ll Do as a Team Lead - This is not a recruiter role! You can and will close deals while mentoring fellow agents.

• Lead with Purpose: Inspire agents to achieve results while upholding our mission of serving communities with excellence.
• Mentor & Develop Agents: Provide one-on-one coaching and group training to help both new and experienced agents succeed.
• Recruit & Retain Talent: Attract motivated agents who want to thrive under your leadership.
• Expand Our Reach: Drive growth in Boston and surrounding markets, tapping into untapped suburban opportunities.
• Collaborate with Leadership: Partner with management and executives to refine systems, scale business, and set team goals.

Who You Are

• A licensed Massachusetts real estate professional with 3+ years of leasing, sales, or investment experience .
• An inspiring leader with proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop others .
• A strong communicator and problem solver with excellent time management skills.
• Tech-savvy, eager to leverage systems and data to maximize performance.
• Passionate about real estate, dedicated to growth, and hungry for results.
