Ideal Background

• 12+ years of corporate legal experience, including M&A, commercial transactions, corporate governance, emerging companies, or outside general counsel advisory work.
• Prior experience with an Am Law 100/200 firm or comparable national legal platform preferred.
• Currently practicing as a Senior Counsel, Of Counsel, Income Partner, Equity Partner, or established Outside General Counsel.
• Established client relationships, business development capabilities, or a portable practice.
• Interest in leveraging a larger platform, broader geographic reach, enhanced associate support, or cross-selling opportunities.

Portable Business
