Job Title Occupational Therapist (OT) Location Ottumwa, IA | Acute Rehab Schedule / Job Type Contract | Days | 13-Week Travel Assignment | 32 Hours per Week Guaranteed | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Key Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatments for patients on the Acute Rehab Unit (ARU) and Medical/Surgical floor as needed Float between the ARU (13 beds) and Medical/Surgical unit (24 beds) to cover evaluations and treatments as required Deliver care to a geriatric and adult patient population across a range of general diagnoses Document patient care and progress using Net Health electronic health record system Work a minimum of one weekend per month as part of the regular schedule Report to the Program Director regarding patient care and departmental operations Required Qualifications Master's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program Active OT license in the state of Iowa (or eligibility to obtain) Minimum of 1 year of occupational therapy experience Ability and willingness to float between units as needed Note: Iowa is not a compact licensure state — a state-specific license is required Preferred Experience / Skills Prior experience in an acute rehab or medical/surgical inpatient setting Familiarity with Net Health or similar EHR documentation platforms Experience treating geriatric and adult patient populations with varied diagnoses Why Join Us Take on a meaningful travel assignment in Southeast Iowa with a supportive team environment and clear reporting structure Enjoy easy access to outdoor recreation, cultural attractions, and Midwest road trip destinations — all within reach of your assignment location Concentric Healthcare Staffing Job ID 775579.
