Job Title Performance Expert (R2PC) – Ft Benning, Georgia Responsibilities Instruct individuals in holistic approaches to strength and conditioning and resilience to ensure durability. Conduct training intake/registration including initial unit contact, observation, and development of training plan. Prepare all training materials, conduct research, tailor course material, distribute it to attendees. Facilitate training events, grade student work, and document grades in required databases. Assess training impact by distributing surveys at the close of each training activity; provide survey results and summarise in after‑action reviews (AAR) within five workdays. Provide quarterly reports with analyses of all data. Maintain training records and observe instructors, providing feedback on delivery. Complete initial instructor certifications and provide instruction focused on resilience, performance enhancement, unit mission tie‑ins, and guidance integration. Develop and deliver professional climate building, communication, counseling, critical‑thinking, and resilience training. Work as part of a team and provide participants with knowledge, skills, and abilities to complete required trainings and achieve personal and professional goals. Required Education & Experience Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Counseling Education, Coaching Education, or Kinesiology (with specialized emphasis in sport and/or performance psychology) from an accredited institution. Teaching or coaching experience, preferably with military and DOD personnel. Thorough knowledge of Army organizational structure, mission objectives, functions, procedures, regulations, and policy pertaining to the Department of the Army. Evaluation and certification to ensure effective delivery of lessons. Preferred Education & Experience Certifications or memberships with professional associations related to the field, such as the Association for Applied Sports Psychology (AASP), Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC), American Board of Sport Psychology (ABSP), or ability to obtain certification within one year of hire. Salary & Benefits Salary: $56,000 annually; no relocation.
