Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage perioperative care and support surgical teams for various procedures.
• Utilize IV skills and surgical knowledge to facilitate patient preparation and recovery.
• Provide preoperative care, not requiring scrub duties, within the OR's operational needs.
• Document and maintain accurate patient records using the Allscripts system.
• Participate in scheduled shifts and required call rotations efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with facility standards and contribute to patient safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in West Virginia or compact state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Experience in an operating room setting preferred.
• Strong IV and patient care skills, especially in surgical settings.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records, such as Allscripts or EPIC.
• Adaptability to rotating shifts, weekend work, and call schedules.
