Local Class A Driver

Why Drive for BlueLinx This position offers a fixed wage of $29.25 per hour First shift hours. Home every night and weekend, so you can be with your family Flatbed and Curtain Side trailers, no tarping New, safe and reliable equipment. Life Insurance. 401K. Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) and 8 company holidays. What You'll Deliver Properly secure loads. No tarping – only strapping. Accurate and timely delivery of freight and handling of customer product returns when required. Manage Proof of Delivery paperwork from customers. Interact professionally with customers and communicate customer issues. Maintain daily safety checklist and perform all required DOT inspections. Maintain electronic logbook and complete trip reports. Direct the unloading by customers, when required. What You'll Need to Deliver Valid Class A CDL. Minimum 21 years of age. 12 months of recent verifiable tractor trailer experience in the past 3 years. Safe Driving Record Ability to secure loads. Ability to work in all weather conditions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
