Chemours is seeking an Asset Reliability Manager to join our growing Chemours Thermal and Specialized Solutions team! This position will report directly to the Maintenance & Reliability Manager at our Corpus Christi plant located in Ingleside, TX.The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:Asset Strategy & Lifecycle ManagementDevelop and execute long-term reliability strategies (3-year reliability improvement plan and 5-year asset strategy)Establish asset lifecycle plans, equipment criticality, and retirement strategiesMaintain site infrastructure to support reliable plant operationCompliance & IntegrityEnsure compliance with PSM, regulatory, and engineering standardsMaintain mechanical integrity and inspection programsSupport safe and reliable operationsPerformance Monitoring & Continuous ImprovementAnalyze asset performance, production losses, and maintenance costsTrack reliability KPIs and adjust strategies based on data insightsLead improvement initiatives using Lean, RCFA, and defect elimination toolsReliability Program ManagementDevelop predictive maintenance and inspection strategiesImplement condition-based monitoring programsEnsure effective asset health reporting and risk identification to OperationsLeadership & Team DevelopmentLead and develop engineers, technicians, and inspectorsDrive performance management and capability developmentFoster cross-functional collaboration across Operations, Maintenance, and EngineeringExecution & IntegrationIntegrate reliability strategies into daily operationsSupport turnaround planning and executionSupport capital projects by integrating Reliability into Design and ExecutionFinancial & Capital ManagementManage reliability budgetsAlign capital investments with 5 Yr asset strategyResource reliability-related capital projectsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering with 7+ years of relevant industrial experienceOR10+ years of operations or maintenance experience with leadership responsibilityExperience leading reliability programsStrong knowledge of RCA, FMEA, and predictive maintenanceExperience with CMMS systems (SAP preferred)Understanding of PSM and mechanical integrity programsStrong leadership, analytical, and communication skillsAuthorized to work in the United StatesPreferred QualificationsKnowledge of API, ASME, NFPA, NEC, and ISA standardsProject or program management experienceSAP PM and Finance knowledgeFamiliarity with RAGAGEP and safety instrumented systemsExperience applying Lean methodologies to maintenance processes and supporting the implementation of business systemsBenefits:Competitive CompensationComprehensive Benefits Packages401(k) MatchEmployee Stock Purchase ProgramTuition ReimbursementLearning and Development OpportunitiesStrong Inclusion and DiversityCompany-paid Volunteer DaysWe’re a different kind of chemistry company because we see our people as our biggest assets.
