To support a global leader in consumer and safety products, the remote EDI Implementation & Support Specialist will configure, troubleshoot, and optimize EDI integrations while ensuring reliable communication between business systems and external trading partners. Key Responsibilities Implement, maintain, and support EDI integrations and transaction processing Troubleshoot EDI transactions, communication failures, and data exchange issues Collaborate with internal teams and trading partners to resolve integration issues Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 3+ years of EDI implementation and support experience Hands-on experience with X12 transactions (850, 855, 856, 810) Knowledge of AS2 communication protocols Experience supporting ERP systems, preferably JD Edwards
