What You'll Do:

• Provide skilled nursing care to cardiovascular OR patients in a busy CVOR unit
• Assist with pre-operative preparation and post-operative recovery
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and efficient procedures
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes promptly
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow safety protocols
• Support emergency response efforts when needed in the OR environment

What You Need:

• Valid RN license in Louisiana or eligible for licensure
• BLS certification (must be current)
• At least 2 years of CVOR inpatient surgical experience
• Strong knowledge of cardiovascular surgical procedures and protocols
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and critical thinking skills
