Key responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their interest
• Organize appointments between candidates and recruiters for comprehensive screening
• Provide continual follow-up with leads to ensure engagement throughout the hiring process
• Keep meticulous and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on the meetings you secure, interviews conducted, and successful hires from your leads
