Activities Coordinator

Activities Coordinator – Pool Location: THesis Hotel Miami, Miami, FL. The Activities Coordinator will ensure a clean, enjoyable pool environment and create memorable experiences for guests. Your Role Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well Create activities to energize and create a fun filled experience Work as a team to enhance the guests experience Maintain an active presence around the pool area, ensuring cleanliness and guest satisfaction Work closely with housekeeping to ensure towels are clean and readily available Check in arriving guests to the pool area, helping them to identify as hotel/resort guests and to find available area for them to set-up for the day Clean all areas in the prescribed manner while following department standard operating procedures. Set-up and break down the pool area to ensure a successful day Remove soiled linen and trash from all service areas and take to appropriate locations in the prescribed manner. Always respond in a friendly, helpful manner to guests and other team members. What We’re Looking For Experience in a guest service role Engaging and energetic personality Ability to work on feet for an extended period Effective communication skills Capacity to lift, carry and position loads of at least 25 lbs.
