Pavement Maintenance Technician (PMT)

EverLine Coatings and Services has an immediate opening for a Pavement Maintenance Technician (PMT) for our Greater Grand Rapids crew. This is a seasonal position. The hours may vary from week to week depending on the schedule and are typically 40-60 hours per week. Starting pay is $19/hour with no experience. As you demonstrate proficiency in our services, your pay will grow accordingly. As the Pavement Maintenance Technician (PMT), you will perform a wide variety of projects throughout our territory, including the use of equipment to perform asphalt crack filling, sealcoating and pothole repair. Maintain a safe, hazard-free job site. Additional tasks as required.

What you bring: A Michigan driver's license with a clean driving record and a reliable mode of transportation. A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Attendance and punctuality. Problem solving. Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending and lifting (up to 75lbs). Ability to work well unsupervised.

Job types: Full-time, part-time, seasonal. Pay: From $19.00 per hour. Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week. Benefits: Paid time off. Compensation package: Differential pay, hourly pay, overtime pay. Experience level: No experience needed. Schedule: 10 hour shift, 12 hour shift, 4 hour shift, 8 hour shift, overtime, rotating shift, weekends as needed. Work location: Meet at shop at travel to job site.

License/certification: Driver's License (Required). Shift availability: Days and evenings. Ability to commute: Grandville, MI 49418 (Preferred). Work location: On the road. Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour.
