Description

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) licensed in Ohio for a night shift travel assignment at an acute care facility in Ohio.

Details

• Respiratory therapy department at an acute care hospital in Ohio
• Delivers respiratory therapy services as prescribed by provider order
• Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• 32 hours per week
• Weekend and holiday coverage required
• Uses Epic EMR and Pyxis medication dispensing system

Requirements

• RRT credential required — CRT is not accepted
• Active Ohio Respiratory Care Professional (RCP) license required; license required if applicable
• Minimum 1 year of respiratory therapy experience
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required — AHA only accepted
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs on occasion
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform tasks requiring finger dexterity
• Role involves exposure to communicable diseases, body fluids, and chemicals

• Provide respiratory therapy services in accordance with provider orders
• Access to Epic, Pyxis, and facility network is required for this role
