Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead and drive strategic initiatives supporting mobile and web application solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, proven experience managing large-scale programs, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across business and technology teams.

This role requires a proactive leader who can successfully deliver complex programs while partnering with engineering, product, and business teams to achieve organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end program delivery for mobile and web application initiatives.

Manage multiple stakeholders across technology, product, and business functions.

Drive program planning, execution, risk management, and delivery.

Partner with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation of technology solutions.

Coordinate project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and communications.

Provide regular updates to leadership and executive stakeholders.

Identify and resolve program risks, issues, and roadblocks.

Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.

Required Skills

8+ years of Program Management experience.

Experience managing enterprise-scale Mobile and Web Application programs.

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across multiple teams.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional technology initiatives.

Experience working closely with software engineering and product teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Technical background as a Software Engineer, Developer, or Technical Lead.

Experience managing large technology transformation programs.

Work Location: McLean Preferred, Plano, TX / Richmond, VA (Hybrid)
