Position Overview We are seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative to support clients through inbound calls related to credit products, short‑term lending, and general banking services. In this role, you will build relationships, identify financial needs, provide tailored solutions, and deliver a high‑quality customer experience while supporting sales and service goals. The ideal candidate is customer‑focused, adaptable, technology‑comfortable, and confident engaging clients through active listening, problem‑solving, and consultative conversations.
