Plant Supervisor - 2nd Shift

$31.31 per hour

Summary:The QTI Group is seeking a direct hire, 2nd shift Plant Supervisor. This role is only open to due an upcoming retirement. The selected candidate must have previous supervisory experience with leading a team of at least 20 employees and be familiar with continuous improvement. They also must be willing to cross-train on and be able to perform all jobs in the department to fill in as necessary. If you feel you meet these requirements you are encouraged to apply today!

Hours: Monday-Thursday 3:00 pm-1:30 am plus Fridays when they're in overtime (Supervisors typically show up 30 minutes early and may stay a few minutes later.Pay: $31.31 plus $1.00 shift premium per hour and eligible for overtime pay; company is flexible for more pay for the right person!

Responsibilities:Schedule production using Oracle reports

Read and understand production reports and schedules, as this is a critical part of the role

Cross-train on all equipment and be able to perform all jobs in the department

Be involved in training new employees

Monitor and document all employee performances

Qualifications:Previous supervisory experience leading a team of at least 20 employees

Willingness to cross-train and fill in for production as necessary

Must be familiar with Continuous Improvement
